This class begins with 15 minutes of warm-up and personal programming, then each person is placed at a station and is taken through the circuit. The circuit contains exercises for each major muscle group in the body and can be designed to tone, build or maintain depending on individual goals. After the 30 minute circuit is a 10 minute group abdominal program which is individually paced which is followed by 5 minutes of stretching and you are out the door. It is 2 workouts in 1.
Wednesday @ 6:00-7:00 p.m.

For those interested in Pilates, Sol Gym offers certifed trainers who specialize in personal training in this system. This is not a class! Call to schedule your personal, one-on-one, hour long session.
This is a class for beginners as well as those who have taken yoga classes. All levels are welcome. It is Hatha Yoga that is Iyengar based. Our semi-personal setting allows individual attention from the instructor.
Yoga is not currently being offered.
Shared personal training. Still working with a trainer but there may be up to 8 people sharing your trainer with you. It is personal training for those who are more independent but still want to maximize their workout time. Each person has their own personal workout. It is a group setting with individual flare.
